1. Who we are

Shannon Music Productions ("we," "us") sells original digital music tracks and bundles directly to listeners through this website. By purchasing or using this site, you agree to these terms.

2. What you're buying

When you purchase a track or bundle, you're buying a personal-use digital download license — not a physical product, and not ownership of the underlying composition or recording. You may:

• Download and keep your purchased tracks for personal listening
• Play them on your own devices, in your car, at a personal gathering, etc.

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or share purchased files with others
• Upload purchased tracks to streaming platforms, YouTube, or other public services under your own name
• Use tracks commercially (in ads, monetized content, film, etc.) without a separate license — contact us if you need one

3. Pricing and bundles

Individual tracks and bundle pricing (such as the 10-track bundle) are shown at checkout. Prices are subject to change, but you'll always see the final price before completing a purchase.

4. About our production process

Every lyric on this site is written by hand by a real songwriter. During production, we sometimes use AI-generated vocals and instrumentation to bring a lyric to life. We disclose this openly because we believe in being upfront about how our music is made.

5. Digital delivery

After a successful purchase, download links are made available immediately on the confirmation screen and are valid for a limited time. If you lose access to a purchased track, contact us and we'll help you re-download it.

6. Payments

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details on our servers.

7. Limitation of liability

This site and its music are provided "as is." We aren't liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the site or purchased content, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
